- Riders must be 17 yrs of age and under following USEF age guidelines -
- Riders must be members of IHSA with membership renewal before competing at their first qualifying show -
- Champion awarded the Iowa Cup and $1,000 -

- Reserve Champion awarded $500 -

- Must compete and place in a minimum of 2 IHSA accredited classes and can be same show -
- Challenge cup finals will be held in May 2024 at the Great River Benefit Show -
- Exhibitors can only win the Championship prize and $1000 scholarship two (2) times -
